We are seeking a Hands-On Tech Lead to serve as the vanguard of our technology. Your mission will be to fortify the architecture of our solutions, ensure stability under massive traffic volumes, lead technical execution, and supervise and guide the development of junior team members. **As a Hands-On Tech Lead, you will be responsible for:** * **Active Development**: Directly implementing and coding complex features and scalable tools. * **Architecture and Scalability**: Defining and protecting system architecture to support high traffic volumes and ensure stability. * **Leadership and Supervision**: Providing technical guidance to team developers, including supervision and instruction of junior-level developers. * **Process Organization**: Structuring squad development routines, defining organizational standards and workflows for scalability. * **Problem Resolution**: Identifying and resolving critical infrastructure failures and highly complex bugs requiring senior-level insight. * **Automation and Integration**: Leveraging artificial intelligence and automation as force multipliers to accelerate deliveries. **Requirements:** * **Scalability Experience**: Proven track record in projects supporting large-scale access volumes and data processing. * **Hands-On Profile**: Strong technical ability to write high-complexity code while leading technical strategy. * **Modern Stack Proficiency**: Solid experience with Node.js, React, and Next.js. * **Multilingual Development**: Practical knowledge of Python and Django to address diverse ecosystem demands. * **Cloud Infrastructure Management**: Experience with Google Cloud (GCP) and Firebase to ensure application stability and scalability. * **Architectural Mastery**: Ability to structure projects to facilitate collaborative work and onboarding of new developers. **What We Expect From You:** * **Agility**: Ability to deliver solutions and prototypes within short deadlines to validate market opportunities. * **Resilience**: Presence and decisive action during system instability. * **Business Acumen**: Understanding that technology serves revenue generation and user experience—prioritizing speed when necessary. * **Transparency and Collaboration**: Working in alignment with founders to synchronize technical strategy with company goals. **Engineering Team Culture:** * Daily meetings focused on productivity. * Absolute focus on performance and loading speed. * Strategic use of artificial intelligence (AI) throughout the development lifecycle. * Autonomy to propose the best tools for each challenge.
