Job Summary: We are seeking an intern passionate about processes to work on indicator management, production optimization, and internal communication, with a focus on continuous improvement. Team integration that values diversity and innovation We seek individuals who have passion in their eyes, love working with processes, and wish to grow with us. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage performance indicators; * Create and update production spreadsheets; * Support capacity studies and production improvements; * Assist in communication with line employees; * Monitor production flow; * Propose continuous improvement; * Attend production meetings and update the visual management board. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Production Engineering, Agribusiness, or related fields; * Advanced Excel skills (will be tested); * Availability to intern **in person**, 7 hours per day (6h \- internship \+ 1h \- break); **Additional Information** * Internship allowance: R$ 1\.400,00 **Benefits:** * Amil Health Plan (co-payment); * Gym membership; * Meal allowance; * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher (with no 6% deduction); * On-site cafeteria; * Semi-annual profit-sharing (PLR); * Growth opportunities.
