Responsibilities and Duties * Operate, monitor, and adjust agricultural irrigation systems (center pivot, reel, sprinkler, and/or drip), ensuring water efficiency and productivity. * Perform advanced adjustments, operational tests, and fine-tuning of irrigation equipment according to technical recommendations. * Identify and correct operational failures, leaks, clogs, and misalignments in irrigation systems. * Carry out basic maintenance and support corrective and preventive maintenance, working collaboratively with the technical team. * Monitor irrigation performance indicators (uniformity, pressure, flow rate, applied depth). * Guide and support Level I and Level II operators, serving as a technical reference in the field. * Ensure proper maintenance of irrigation equipment, tools, and infrastructure. * Strictly comply with safety, environmental, and internal company procedures. * Record operational information, incidents, and activities performed. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed elementary education. * Solid experience operating agricultural irrigation systems. * Practical knowledge of adjustment, operation, and basic maintenance of irrigation equipment. * Availability to work rotating shifts and respond to emergencies when required.
