Responsibilities and Duties * Deliver theoretical and practical training for operators of transfer tractors, harvesters, and sprayers. * Directly reduce fuel and input consumption through economical driving techniques. * Configure and instruct on the use of Embedded Technologies and Autopilot. * Analyze performance data to identify operational bottlenecks. Requirements and Qualifications Knowledge of performance indicators (fuel consumption, hectares/hour, idle time). Familiarity with safety regulations and operational quality standards. Solid hands-on experience operating agricultural machinery. Computer literacy. Residence in Uberaba, Igarapava, Aramina, or Delta.
