If this resonates with you, apply now and get to know us better! **Responsibilities and duties** * Portfolio control and processing (assets and liabilities); * Monitoring and tracking formalization of assets and liabilities; * Cash flow management for funds, accounts payable, and partnership closings for feedlots; * Validation and processing of redemptions; * Validation of acquisitions and assignments; * Validation and formalization of contributions; * Share pricing and income calculation; * Coordination with accounting and audit teams; * Support for operations team on various inquiries and requests (e.g., formalizing assignment agreements, verifying limits, formalizing guarantees, etc.); * Indicator monitoring; * Development of action plans to address performance deviations; * Responsibility for evaluating periodic results using budget vs. actual indicators and management reports; * Execution of duties aimed at achieving all function-specific goals; * Delivering high-quality, efficient, friendly, courteous, and respectful service to internal and external customers; * Participation in 100% of trainings scheduled by the organization; * Safeguarding and protecting company assets; * Understanding the company’s vision and mission; * Compliance with company regulations and those applicable to one’s area of responsibility; * Upholding ethics and discipline within the company; * Implementation of 5S practices; * Execution of other related tasks as directed by one’s immediate supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** Academic background: * Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; Experience: * Experience in controls and calculations; * Knowledge of agribusiness is a plus.
