If this resonates with you, apply now and get to know us better! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and monitor the collections team’s activities, ensuring goal achievement and performance indicators (KPIs) compliance; * Plan, organize, and allocate collections portfolios among the team; * Monitor individual and collective team productivity, delivering continuous feedback and improvement initiatives; * Develop and implement credit recovery strategies aimed at reducing delinquency; * Conduct training and capacity\-building sessions for the team, ensuring process standardization and service quality; * Actively handle complex collections and negotiations with clients; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and applicable collection\-related legislation; * Bank reconciliations; * Suggest improvements to systems, workflows, and operational procedures within the area; * Monitor the client portfolio; * Ensure data quality and compliance of information recorded in systems and internal controls; * Perform other duties related to the function and area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience leading teams and managing performance indicators (KPIs); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Experience in the collections sector; * Resilience to work under pressure; * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, or related fields; * Experience with data analysis tools; * Basic knowledge of collection\-related legislation; * Results\-oriented mindset and problem\-solving skills. **Additional Information** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance On\-site Restaurant Caju Multi\-use Card Life Insurance Day Off Field Day \+Health \- Gympass \+ Conexa Saúde ##### **Born from Agribusiness, we at Ceres Investments relentlessly pursue integrated solutions for the agribusiness sector.
