Responsibilities and Duties 1. Solid knowledge of Portuguese, mathematics, and logical reasoning 2. Reside in Delta 3. Full availability of schedule to attend theoretical and practical classes 4. Basic computer skills 5. Curiosity and interest in learning 6. High energy to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Requirements and Qualifications * Desirable Requirements Intermediate computer skills (Excel knowledge is a plus). Organization and Archiving: Verify, digitize, and organize physical and digital documents. Information Control: Fill out and update spreadsheets and internal control systems. Communication and Customer Service: Answer phone calls, send emails, and assist in serving employees and customers (internal and external). General Support: Assist in administrative procedures, collect signatures, and handle other tasks.
