Key responsibilities * Aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers; * Posting job openings on recruitment platforms; * Screening resumes; * Conducting interviews; * Administering tests and assessments; * Monitoring candidates throughout the selection process; * Preparing evaluation reports; * Supporting employer branding and onboarding initiatives. Requirements * Prior experience in recruitment and selection; * Fluent English; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and proactivity; * Familiarity with recruitment platforms; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
