




***RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Greet and seat customers upon arrival in a courteous and professional manner. * Present the menu (food and beverages), provide detailed information about the dishes, and suggest options (wines, daily specials, desserts, etc.). * Accurately take orders using the order system, correctly transmitting them to the kitchen/bar. * Serve food and drinks at the customer's table, ensuring proper presentation and temperature. * Monitor the dining area, promptly responding to customer requests and refilling water or other beverages as needed. * Remove dirty plates and utensils and keep the service area clean and organized. * Process the bill and collect payments (cash, card, etc.). * Collaborate with the kitchen staff, bartenders, and other waiters to ensure smooth service. * Set up and break down tables and maintain overall organization of the dining area before, during, and after shifts. ***WORKING HOURS*** * **Tuesday to Friday:** From 17:00 to 24:00. * **Saturdays and Sundays:** Availability required for shift rotation: * From 11:00 to 19:00 **OR** From 17:00 to 24:00.
