WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? * Responsible for performing administrative tasks at the restaurant, supported by the office, ensuring procedures are completed within established deadlines; * Serve internal (employees) and external (shopping center administrators, inspectors, and service providers) stakeholders, resolving inquiries and providing requested documentation; * Enter invoices into the accounts payable system, and send bank slips and invoices to the office; * Verify daily cash closing and deposits; * Purchase office supplies; * Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as transportation voucher, health insurance, and dental insurance enrollments. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO WORK HERE? * Be at least 18 years old; * Have completed high school or technical education; * Be available to work on weekends and have flexible working hours; * Be yourself: our job openings are open to all types of individuals!
