We are seeking an **Automotive Field Technician** to join the **EAB – Automotive Maintenance** team at the **Junqueira Unit – Igarapava – SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Manage preventive maintenance activities and the field maintenance team; * Monitor performance and cost indicators (KPIs) and develop improvement plans; * Ensure safety and quality during operational activities and compliance with 5S principles; * Drive continuous improvement in operations, work environments, and procedures; * Plan and ensure execution and allocation of necessary resources for the team to perform tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Technical or Engineering degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred); * People management experience; **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application – completing this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview – an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
