Manage and guide the tax team **Job Description** We are seeking a Tax Supervisor to lead and coordinate departmental activities, ensuring compliance with tax legislation, process organization, and efficient team management. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and guide the tax team * Assign tasks and monitor deadlines * Ensure accurate tax calculation * Review and validate tax entries and documents * Monitor incoming and outgoing tax invoices * Track updates to tax legislation * Support standardization and improvement of tax processes * Prepare reports and performance indicators for the area **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields * Experience in the tax area * Experience in team leadership or coordination * Knowledge of tax legislation and tax calculation * Experience with ERP systems * Organized, analytical profile with strong communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in process improvement * Experience in team management Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3\.518,00 \- R$5\.527,59 per month Selection Questions: * Do you have team leadership experience?
