At Andrade Gutierrez, all people are welcome, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or disability. **Responsibilities and duties** * Complete payroll processing (CLT, vacations, terminations, 13th salary, PLR), including assessment and verification of statutory charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF); * Management and submission of events to eSocial, ensuring compliance with labor and social security regulations; * Working with SAP for calculation, verification, integration with accounting, and report generation; * Support audits and comply with ancillary obligations and monthly requirements; * Assist in process improvements, automations, and provide support to employees and internal departments. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields; * Solid experience in payroll, with expertise in calculations, statutory charges, and labor and social security routines; * Advanced knowledge of SAP (HCM module), including integration with other modules and report generation; * Familiarity with eSocial, event submissions, validation monitoring, and resolution of inconsistencies; * Knowledge of ancillary obligations; * Analytical, organized profile with attention to deadlines and details; * Good communication skills to interact with internal departments, employees, and auditors; * Availability for 100% on-site work. **Additional information** * Work location: Belo Horizonte, MG. * WE ARE AG It's through the strength of \#OurPeople that we build the future and reach further every day! * OUR STORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais by three young engineers who began building roads and have never stopped since.
