Job Summary: A professional responsible for curating and managing learning content, ensuring organization, quality, and effectiveness of materials. Key Highlights: 1. Propose continuous improvements and new content formats. **On-site Position – Uberlândia/MG (Granja Marileusa Unit)** **Working Hours:** Business hours (Monday to Friday) **Days Off:** Saturday and Sunday We are seeking a professional to work on **learning content curation and management**, ensuring organization, quality, and effectiveness of materials used in operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Continuously analyze existing materials (handouts, presentations, FAQs, scripts, videos, and learning paths), identifying outdated, redundant, or ineffective content; * Determine what should be retained, revised, or discontinued; * Organize content logically and intuitively, structuring learning paths, categories, and tags to facilitate access and avoid information overload; * Act as a bridge between specialist areas (Product, Operations, Quality, Marketing, Legal, and HR), transforming technical content into clear and objective pedagogical materials; * Ensure content standardization, consistency, and governance (tone of voice, visual identity, and key messages); * Monitor usage and impact metrics of materials (accesses, engagement, adherence, recurring questions, and correlation with performance); * Propose continuous improvements and new content formats (quick guides, step-by-step instructions, short videos, infographics, scripts, etc.); * Support trainers and leaders in the strategic use of the platform, advising on best practices and feedback collection. **Technical Requirements** * Prior experience in training, corporate education, instructional design, or content curation/production; * Strong communication and interaction skills with internal teams (Teams, Slack, corporate email, etc.); * Excellent writing and text editing skills (standard language norms, clarity, and standardization); * Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies (andragogy, learning paths, microlearning, etc.); * Experience organizing content in repositories or knowledge platforms.
