Working Hours (including shift schedules and days off): Two shifts 1st shift: 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM (lunch break from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM) 2nd shift: 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM (break from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM) Responsibilities: Operate and control machinery (silo machine, dryer, waste roaster, extruder), monitor equipment operation, and ensure proper execution of production processes. Operate machinery, activate control panels, elevators, conveyors, and various controls, adjusting operations according to moisture levels or production flow. Store grains in silos for subsequent product dispatch; visually inspect grain quality to identify potential issues such as mold, weevils, pests, etc., and report findings to supervisors for appropriate action. Monitor elevator bases and equipment operation to prevent jamming or component failure, requesting maintenance when necessary. Perform tasks in confined spaces for silo cleaning or maintenance. Dispatch grains to the dryer per Quality Management recommendations, and feed the wood-fired furnace for drying. Carry out grain dispatch and loading, verifying whether trucks are fit to receive the product and advising on optimal loading methods. REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of grain storage processes. Flexibility regarding working hours. Desirable: NR-33 – Confined Space Training / NR-35 – Working at Heights Training. Position Type: Temporary
