We are seeking an **Industrial Maintenance Manager** to join the **EAB - Industrial Maintenance** team at the **Junqueira Unit, Igarapava - SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Lead the mechanical maintenance team (mechanics and machinists), fostering a safe and productive work environment. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities. * Ensure the availability and reliability of industrial equipment, such as steam turbines, centrifugal pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, belts, and metal structures. * Ensure accurate interpretation of technical drawings and execution of mechanical projects according to specifications. * Promote continuous improvement of maintenance processes by identifying opportunities for optimization and failure reduction. * Interface with production areas to align shutdowns and interventions. * Interface with PPCM (Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, and Control) to ensure adherence to the maintenance schedule. * Collaborate with Industrial Reliability teams in developing actions to improve asset performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed bachelor's degree; * Solid experience in industrial mechanical maintenance; * Experience in people management and leadership of operational teams; * Willingness to relocate to Uberaba - MG, Delta - MG, Igarapava - SP, or Aramina - SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview—a more technical discussion to share further details about daily responsibilities and challenges.
