Description: * Experience executing projects using PMI/Agile methodologies in the IT area; * Experience gathering and organizing business area requirements, drafting Project Charters for evaluation of new requests; * Experience supporting daily operations with an IT perspective; * Experience operating tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.; * Ensure alignment between business areas and the IT department; * Experience facilitating meetings with business areas to elicit requirements; * Experience facilitating meetings with development teams and vendors to request services; * 4–5 years of experience in the field; * Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Engineering; * Practical experience with Scrum and/or Kanban; * Experience working in multidisciplinary agile environments; * Ability to act as a facilitator between business and technology within an agile context; * Familiarity with OKRs or other agile performance management practices is desirable.
