




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Solid experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, with focus on strategic negotiations, contract management, and supplier relationship management; * Proven experience in structured Strategic Sourcing processes, Category Management, and analysis of complex proposals; * Strong analytical profile, capable of identifying competitive advantages beyond final cost; * Experience negotiating high-value contracts involving multiple areas (e.g., IT, Marketing, Services); * Ability to work autonomously, with critical thinking and a strategic mindset, taking ownership of negotiations; * Strong communication skills, persuasive argumentation ability, and capability to lead meetings with diverse stakeholders; * Proficiency in procurement tools and routines (RFI, RFP, RFQ, SLAs, KPIs, comparative analyses, and feasibility assessments); * Organized, structured, and continuously improvement-oriented; * Intermediate English is desirable; * Leading complex procurement processes (goods, services, and corporate contracts); * Conducting medium- and high-value negotiations, focused on cost reduction and operational efficiency; * Experience in procurement category management, and preparation of RFI, RFP, and RFQ documents; * Participation in the definition and review of procurement policies and procedures; * Technical support to analysts and managers, serving as a subject-matter reference in the area; * Experience with performance indicators (KPIs) and procurement control dashboards (Power BI, Advanced Excel, corporate ERPs); * Interaction with internal departments (Engineering, Legal, Finance, Facilities, IT, among others) and relationship management with strategic suppliers; * Involvement in continuous improvement projects, process automation, and compliance initiatives; * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, TOTVS) and e-procurement platforms. 2512220202491879725
