Data analysis and support for strategic decision-making Work Mode: On-site Location: Marileusa Headquarters Working Hours: Business hours We are looking for a PL Quality and Training Supervisor to act strategically, ensuring excellence in organizational processes and promoting continuous team development. This professional will be responsible for ensuring that quality standards are maintained and that all employees are prepared to perform their duties effectively. This is a strategic role, fundamental to the organization’s competitiveness and success. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement quality policies aligned with the organization’s goals and guidelines. * Conduct regular audits and process evaluations, proposing improvements whenever necessary. * Design, supervise, and evaluate training programs for various company departments, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and career development. * Define and monitor KPIs related to quality and training effectiveness. * Analyze data and prepare management reports for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making. * Guide and support Quality and Training professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. * Fluent English (mandatory). * Experience in Corporate Training and team leadership. * Experience managing metrics, audits, and process improvement.
