Lead and integrate sales strategies, customer service excellence, and all international trade operations (import and export), ensuring revenue maximization, administrative and logistical process optimization, and strengthening relationships with customers and international partners—leveraging technology as a competitive differentiator for customer care and experience. * **Technical Competencies:** - Development and implementation of strategic sales and growth plans. - Experience in defining, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and commercial performance metrics. - Knowledge of market analysis, competition, and industry trends. - Management of customer feedback (complaints, suggestions) for continuous improvement and business intelligence. - Knowledge and experience applying Generative AI to optimize and humanize customer service. - End-to-end management of import and export processes (from origin to destination). - In-depth knowledge of international trade documentation * **Languages:** - Advanced/Fluent English: Essential for communication and negotiation with international partners and customers.
