Come be part of our story and help build our future.** Register now for our open positions! **Responsibilities and Duties** Join the Data Team within the Martech area of a major bank, focusing on development, scalability, quality, and automation of data pipelines supporting marketing decisions, CRM, and omnichannel campaigns. * Design, develop, and maintain **scalable and reliable data pipelines** (ETL/ELT) for ingestion, processing, and delivery of data from multiple internal and external sources. * Build and optimize **data warehouses / data lakes** for consumption by analytics, BI, and product teams. * Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance (including versioning, automated testing, and documentation). * Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. * Automate, monitor, and scale jobs and workflows using modern tools (e.g., Airflow, etc.). * Support the definition and implementation of data best practices related to performance and security. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with **SQL**, scripting (Python, Spark or similar). * Practical experience with cloud architectures (GCP / AWS / Azure) and associated data technologies (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.). * Experience with **data modeling** (dimensional, normalized, Datalake, Medallion). * Knowledge of workflow orchestration and transformation tools (Airflow). * Familiarity with **data quality and governance principles**. * Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of digital marketing and digital analytics concepts. * Cloud/data engineering certifications. **Additional Information** * **Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the Interlagos region – SP** **LEEGA** is a reference in consulting and outsourcing for Data Analytics solutions.
