Are you up for joining us on this journey? **Responsibilities and duties** **What are we looking for?** A responsible professional with critical and long-term thinking. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Providing feedback to departments with necessary inputs for developing action plans and monitoring them to ensure satisfaction and compliance with established requirements; * Implementing and fostering a Quality and Processes culture within the company; * Implementing internal control tools, continuous improvement, and PDCA in operations; * Designing workflows, processes, and procedures using market-standard tools (Visio, Bizagi, and others); * Reporting any non-conformities related to implemented processes; * Participating in meetings and training sessions, delivering management presentations; * Working on innovation projects aimed at constant evolution and learning; * Creating and maintaining KPIs, proposing automation plans via BI technologies; * Supporting internal and external customers, providing remote or in-person assistance at varying levels of complexity; * Managing quality in operations under your responsibility. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Knowledge of IT best practices; * Basic knowledge of ITIL and COBIT; * Intermediate Microsoft Office suite proficiency. **Nice-to-have skills** * Advanced Excel; * ITSM tool \- OTRS; **Working hours** * ****From 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday; * On-site in Guarulhos \- SP. **NOTE:** Hey!
