





Job Description: To succeed in this position, the following are important: Required: * Technical education in Biology, Agronomy, Biomedicine, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience or practical knowledge in production processes or physical-chemical or biological laboratories for products manufactured using fungi; * Basic computer skills; * Willingness to reside in Uberaba/MG. Desirable: * Knowledge of bioprocessing, fermentation, and quality control procedures; * Intermediate-level English proficiency. In this position, you will be responsible for: * Operating and monitoring bioreactors and other equipment used in bioprocessing to ensure efficient cell multiplication and production of biological pesticides. * Operating multiplication rooms, controlling process parameters. * Preparing culture media, additives, and solutions required for fermentation or other biotechnological processes. * Monitoring and adjusting environmental and operational conditions (e.g., temperature, pH, oxygenation) inside bioreactors as needed. * Supporting sample collection and analysis during production processes, performing quality tests and documenting results. * Managing raw material and input flows, ensuring proper inventory control and optimal resource utilization. * Complying with safety, health, and environmental regulations, adhering to all applicable standards and established practices. * Assisting in identifying and resolving operational issues during production. * Performing basic cleaning and maintenance of production equipment and areas according to established procedures. * Participating in ongoing training on new technologies, process improvements, and quality standards. * Contributing to continuous improvement of production processes and optimization of bioreactor, filling, inoculation equipment, and multiplication room performance. * Inspecting machines, equipment, tools, and instruments to verify proper operation and ensure correct task execution; reporting any irregularities to supervisors for necessary action; * Immediately notifying direct supervisors upon detecting discrepancies regarding products and their respective standards, or regarding production process progress; * Reporting and alerting to critical or imminent hazards within your area of responsibility to enable immediate corrective action by the Safety Department, thereby preventing accidents and protecting company assets; * Participating in monthly and rotating inventory activities to maintain accurate stock control; * Supporting peers and leadership on matters inherent to your area of responsibility, raising and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining appropriate procedures and actions; * Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, including proper segregation of generated waste to protect and preserve the environment; * Keeping up-to-date with new procedures and processes relevant to your area of responsibility; * Committing to and complying with all Vitales policies, standards, and procedures; * Safeguarding the reputation and Ubyfol brand through ethical and professional conduct; * Supporting leadership on matters inherent to your responsibilities, raising and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining appropriate procedures and actions; * Performing other related duties as requested by your supervisor. 2511300202181896007
