Description: * Higher education completed. * Minimum of 1 year of experience. * Knowledge of biosafety and health regulatory standards (ISO / PALC / PADI) will be a differentiator. * Ensure access to QMS documentation, maintain documents and records up to date. * Participate in the development and writing of procedures related to the quality management system. * Plan and promote innovative solution proposals, engaging employees in the management system. * Prepare analytical reports related to information supporting quality assurance. * Analyze performance indicators that support quality assurance. * Implement and control the internal audit system; * Conduct internal training on quality management systems; * Monitor customer satisfaction through performance indicators; * Support Clinical Governance activities (patient safety center, risk mapping and matrix, incident and non-conformance records). 2510190202501821511
