What will be your responsibilities?* Monitor projects aimed at improving equipment availability and/or enhancing facility and personnel safety, while reducing maintenance costs. * Develop equipment and material specifications and complete requisitions to ensure immediate replacement. * Monitor service contract development, assessing quality to guarantee compliance. * Monitor scheduled maintenance shutdowns to support service execution. * Pursue technical updates on maintenance procedures and knowledge of new materials to identify innovative alternatives. * Participate in executing the approved budget to ensure effective implementation. * Participate in developing preventive and predictive maintenance plans and improving existing ones to increase operational availability. * Develop, review, and maintain maintenance procedures for all activities requiring enhanced control and/or potentially impacting operational continuity and/or facility and personnel safety. * Support monitoring and evaluation of maintenance process results and key performance indicators; * Assist in optimizing medium- and long-term operational costs, minimizing impact and disruptions to drilling rig production levels. * Support the Senior Maintenance Engineer in conducting comprehensive maintenance management of the drilling rig during the startup phase and subsequently during the operational phase, implementing improvements arising from the initial drilling process. * Monitor the definition of operational rules and develop related maintenance procedures and instructions, as well as apply HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) rules as part of inherent drilling rig operational requirements. * Support the Full Maintenance Engineer in managing critical consumables and spare parts for the drilling rig, ensuring appropriate provisioning and operational continuity through efficient planning and scheduling of maintenance tasks. * Collaborate to ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies, procedures, and work instructions. * Assist in the proper application of required technologies and in ensuring equipment reliability during operation. * Support the Full Maintenance Engineer in guaranteeing that the full maintenance cycle (identification, planning, scheduling, execution, and analysis) is implemented within maintenance management.
