Engage, guide, and provide continuous support to sales representatives **COMMERCIAL SUPERVISOR** **Industry:** Automotive Parts We are looking for a **Sales Supervisor** to lead, develop, and oversee our sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of results. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and manage each sales representative's customer portfolio (active and inactive); * Monitor targets and campaigns, holding the team accountable, motivating them, and providing support to achieve objectives; * Manage multiple demands while keeping the team focused and productive; * Engage, develop, and guide sales representatives, offering continuous support and constructive feedback; * Monitor individual and collective performance, ensuring goal and task completion; * Proactively address routine tasks of the sales team. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: **R$ 2.700,00 + commission + meal allowance + medical insurance + dental insurance + transportation allowance.** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$2.700,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
