If you share our values, join our team!! **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Perform logistics and billing routines, ensuring accurate cargo scheduling, document issuance, freight control, and delivery tracking. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Schedule trucks for loading and unloading; * Issue loading orders, invoices, and bills; * Send fiscal and commercial documents to customers; * Conduct freight quotations and liaise with transport companies; * Manage spreadsheets, costs, and logistics controls; * Verify insurance policies and documentation from transport companies; * Track shipments to final destination; * Guide drivers on internal regulations and safety procedures. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in logistics, transportation, or billing; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables; * ERP TOTVS Protheus knowledge is desirable; * Availability for telephone support during working hours. **COMPETENCIES:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Proactivity and accountability; * Planning and time management; * Teamwork.
