




Job Summary: The professional will conduct customer prospecting and reactivation, sales planning and execution, ensure effective use of the Moura Management System, and participate in meetings. Join Moura, an organization that for over 60 years has been powering the market with innovation and technology. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conducts market segmentation research through customer visits, applying the appropriate form; * Performs fieldwork with prospects (new customer acquisition) and inactive customers (reactivation), visiting potential customers, presenting the product, and describing the battery's features and advantages. Completes customer registration via forms. * Evaluates planning against achieved results, analyzing sales volume per customer according to the plan. * Covers territories of sales representatives on vacation or uncovered areas. The trainee conducts customer prospecting and sales planning, sells batteries, provides Battery Maintenance services, implements merchandising actions at the point of sale (POS), performs after-sales follow-up with area customers, and carries out basic inspections and maintenance. * Ensures effective use of the Moura Management System. Develops action plans for improvement goals and guarantees implementation of these plans, anomaly resolution, and procedures through Corporate Management.
