Facility Maintenance Assistant

Description

Job Summary: Performs cleaning and maintenance tasks, waste management, and replenishment of hygiene supplies to maintain the facility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain hygiene and preservation of the facility 2. Manage proper disposal of waste 3. Ensure adequate supply of cleaning products Responsibilities: Perform routine general cleaning tasks, including dusting, cleaning, sweeping, and washing internal and external areas of the facility to maintain hygiene and preservation standards. * Handle and dispose of waste materials properly by correctly collecting and separating items generated at the workplace, in compliance with established regulations, procedures, and environmental protection requirements. * Maintain consistent supply of cleaning and hygiene products (e.g., general cleaning agents, toilet paper, towels, soap, etc.) through inventory control and timely restocking requests to meet the Distribution Unit’s operational needs. * Safeguard, preserve, organize, maintain, and clean all equipment, tools, and materials used, as well as the work area, to ensure easy access and keep them in good working condition. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM.
