Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing maintenance, installation, and cleaning of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintenance plans. Key Highlights: 1. Handling and installation of various refrigeration systems 2. Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on air conditioning systems 3. Assisting with service orders and assembly of structures **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. Handling refrigeration systems (split, VRF, chiller, fan coil, temperature stabilizer, etc.) and their respective installations. 2. Correctly handling refrigerant gas, equipment for cutting and welding piping, and instruments for measuring electrical quantities, pressure, and vacuum. 3. Cleaning and sanitizing air conditioning units according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and product packaging labels. 4. Performing corrective maintenance on air conditioning units and air conditioning systems (e.g., compressor replacement, mechanical and electrical components). 5. Adhering to the Preventive Maintenance Plan for Air Conditioning Units (PMOC). 6. Assisting with service orders when requested. 7. Assisting with space relocation and release for civil construction projects when requested. 8. Complying with the institution’s internal and external preventive maintenance plan. 9.
