End-user training and preparation of technical reports **Job Objective** Objective To hire a Level II professional to work in Araguari/MG, possessing technical expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, maintenance of electrical and data systems, and the ability to interact directly with customers to ensure implemented solutions meet their needs. The focus is on delivering technical support, ensuring service quality, performing installation maintenance, and meeting SLAs. This position requires both technical proficiency and interpersonal skills—such as regular communication with customers and end-user training.
