Job Summary: Responsible for assisting analysts with transportation, fleet, and logistics information, generating reports, and addressing operational demands. Key Highlights: 1. Generating and tracking invoices (NFs) Responsible for performing and/or assisting in providing transportation, fleet, and logistics information to analysts and addressing operational demands at Cluster A or B warehouse in the candidate's region, aiming to generate systemic reports and meet immediate coordination needs. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\) Perform and/or assist in providing transportation, fleet, and logistics information to analysts and address operational demands at Cluster A or B warehouse in the candidate's region. 2\) Initiate service requests and handle related follow-ups. 3\) Assist analysts with non-routine operational demands. 4\) Execute the invoice (NF) process for incoming goods, outgoing goods, cancellations, and inquiries, as well as payment follow-up. 5\) Generate invoices (NFs) for material collection and shipment. 6\) Perform accounting reconciliation for reverse logistics operations. 7\) Conduct information and documentation gathering for claims. 8\) Maintain control over annual marketing action schedules. 9\) Register items in the system. 10\) Monitor billing shortages. 11\) Assist analysts in demand planning (picking and replenishment). 12\) Perform other related activities of equivalent difficulty level within the scope of responsibilities, as requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical degree in Logistics and/or undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, or Logistics **Additional Information** Critical thinking skills and capabilities in data analysis and report creation.
