Shall we go forward—together?! **Responsibilities and Duties** We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for leading our team and ensuring operational efficiency! If you possess leadership, organizational skills, and analytical thinking, this is your opportunity! Responsibilities: * Manage all warehouse activities, including product inbound and outbound operations. * Lead the team of inspectors, ensuring all processes are correctly followed. * Ensure product quality through the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) method and manage rework, losses, and damages. * Monitor performance indicators for both the carrier and the warehouse as a whole. * Control product flow within the warehouse, identifying items requiring removal due to shelf life constraints (push-out). * Promote a safe work environment by implementing best practices in occupational safety. * Conduct training and oversee daily team activities to ensure high performance. * Record operational anomalies and report results to management.
