Basic knowledge of fashion and trends **BECOME A SPECIALIST IN LUXURY, FASHION, AND PREMIUM SUNGLASSES!** *At Sunglass Hut you will:* \- Serve customers according to the company's established standards, following the Sales Protocol steps; \- Monitor your individual and team sales daily, ensuring monthly target achievement; \- Conduct and attend training sessions and meetings; \- Register customers in the system; \- Process exchanges and returns (customer and system); \- Verify delivered merchandise and record it in the system; \- Perform necessary measurements to ensure technically accurate sales for yourself and your team; \- Assist the Store Manager with store-related tasks; \- Maintain store cleanliness and organization; \- Support the team in daily product organization and cleaning, ensuring proper display. *To join us, you must:* **\- Have sales experience — mandatory;** \- Possess customer service and customer delight skills; \- Have basic knowledge of fashion and trends; \- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills; \- Have basic computer literacy and proficiency (e.g., opening/closing systems, filling out spreadsheets, sending messages, sending and tracking e\-mails, etc.); \- Maintain an open mindset and interest in developing a professional career. *Work Schedule:* \- Rotating 6-day workweek with 1 day off; \- Monday through Sunday, shopping mall hours; \- Shift: Night; \- Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM with a 1-hour break; \- Fixed weekly day off, alternating Sundays and holidays.
