




Job Summary: Customer service, technical consultation, sale of automotive products, store organization, and team support, including assuming management duties in the manager’s absence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Offer reliable advice and excellent service to customers. 2. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of automotive products and repairs. 3. Assume managerial responsibilities in the manager’s absence. Provide customer service by delivering reliable advice and excellent service to store customers, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and experience in automotive repair and testing, offering technical guidance when required, with a service attitude that exceeds customer expectations. In addition to sales, assist in managing product displays to ensure store appearance and cleanliness. Support cash register operations and assist other AutoZoners, including taking full responsibility for the store in the manager’s absence.
