




We are looking for an After-Sales Manager to lead our workshop operation, with a strong focus on results, process organization, and excellence in customer service. Responsibilities: Manage the team of technicians, service consultants, and other after-sales staff Plan and control inventory, parts procurement, and supplies according to operational demand Ensure execution of processes in accordance with manufacturer standards Monitor and be accountable for KPIs established by the manufacturer, with emphasis on performance and profitability Provide direct and comprehensive reporting to the executive board Strategically drive continuous improvement of results, productivity, and customer satisfaction Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as an After-Sales Manager or equivalent role in a workshop Solid experience managing technical and administrative teams Strong capability in indicator (KPI) management and results orientation Leadership profile, organizational skills, decision-making ability, and accountability Knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, and workshop processes Advantages: Experience in dealerships Familiarity with manufacturer standards and audits Job Types: Full-time, Commission Pay: R$2,000.00 - R$10,000.00 per month
