Job Summary: Bar Leader responsible for managing the team, controlling inventory, ensuring quality standards, and supporting operations during peak hours. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring product quality and bar standards **BAR LEADER IN UBERABA** * **Location**: Santa Brasa at Uberaba Shopping/MG * **Schedule**: 44 hours per week \- to be agreed upon during the interview * **Employment Type**: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * **Compensation**: BRL 2,248.40 ➕ BRL 136.00 cost-of-living allowance ➕ BRL 500.00 performance bonus ➕ formal employment registration **Responsibilities** * Organize staff schedules and assign duties * Motivate, guide, and monitor team performance * Control inventory, conduct stock counts, and place supply orders * Ensure bar organization, cleanliness, and adherence to standards * Maintain quality of draft beer, cocktails, and mise en place * Support operations during peak hours * Reduce waste and maintain equipment * Ensure compliance with sanitary regulations and good practices * Provide customer service when necessary * Oversee daily bar operations according to CBO job description (supervision of bar operational team) **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Proven experience as a bartender or bar leader * Experience in inventory control and ordering * Availability to work on shopping mall schedules (including weekends and holidays) * Experience in customer service * Basic team management knowledge * Knowledge of cocktail preparation and draft beer system operation **Expected Behavioral Profile** *We seek a professional who demonstrates:* * Genuine experience leading an operational team * Firm demeanor and decision-making ability * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and team members * Organizational and process control skills specific to bar operations * Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours * Sense of responsibility toward goals and results * Maturity in conflict resolution Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: BRL 2,248.40 \- BRL 3,100.00 per month
