We are an innovation-driven company committed to discovering new active ingredients, product formulations, and application technologies. **About the Position:** In this role, the Quality Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing laboratory quality control activities, including physicochemical analyses; release of raw materials, active ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products in SAP; monitoring revalidation/rework/reprocessing procedures; budget tracking; equipment maintenance oversight; Federal Police inventory; and interfacing with regulatory, process, comex, and other departments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Overall supervision of Quality Control activities; * Management of Quality Control expenses; * Oversight of blocked product processes (monthly reporting; disposition decisions; coordination with other departments for potential directed sales, etc.); * Supervision of rework, reprocessing, and revalidation; * Monitoring of area performance indicators; * Approval of analytical methods, specifications, and work instructions; * Oversight of the QAR process; * Federal Police inventory; * Conducting technical visits related to customer complaints; * Development of procedures for controlling resale products; * Conducting internal legal compliance audits; * Ensuring a robust training program to qualify personnel in key areas critical to high performance in safety, environmental management, sustainability, and quality; * Information and documentation management: overseeing organization of all documentation relevant to the Quality Control area, including Certificates of Analysis, Analysts’ Notebooks, Customer Documents (Tolling Agreements), Equipment Documents, and other area records—including those stored in the Archive; * Ensuring cross-contamination risk prevention: leading related activities and audits, ensuring their execution and effectiveness; providing technical support for dissemination of related concepts; leading preventive actions; * Compliance with existing systems: meeting all requirements of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and other corporate policies (HSE). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmacy**. * Experience in **supervising a Quality Control laboratory** in chemical or agrochemical industries (preferred). * English proficiency (preferred). * Advanced knowledge of the **Microsoft Office suite**. * Knowledge of **SAP**. * Familiarity with **quality tools**. * Knowledge of **chromatographic techniques** (preferred). * Advanced knowledge of **Quality Control tools**, including **Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)**, **Statistical Process Control (SPC)**, and **ISO 9001**.
