**Job Responsibilities:**

* Performs low-to-moderate complexity quality engineering and assurance tasks promptly, helping ensure manufacturing quality systems are maintained, and supports completion of New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfers within the factory.
* Supports assessment of impact on PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and associated controls related to design changes, and assists in Manufacturing Process Development and Project Transfer activities.
* Contributes to risk assessment, operational performance monitoring, reporting, improvement initiatives, and development; assists with factory improvement programs and supports testing, Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), and Procurement.
* Applies knowledge of products/services, Quality Engineering, and Continuous Improvement techniques to identify key issues and patterns from available data; forms independent interpretations of activities based on calculations and coordinates implementation of changes.
* Conducts process validation protocols, coordinates production builds to support validation activities, analyzes data for reporting, process improvement initiatives, and validation activities.
* Assists in investigating non-conformances, determines root causes, and implements effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), monitors their impact, and facilitates Non-Conformance (NC) and Quality Notification (QN) management.
* Conducts detailed audits of manufacturing processes to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance.
* Uses Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to monitor production processes, analyze data trends, and proactively address deviations to prevent defects.
* Performs root cause analysis to investigate quality issues, identify underlying causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
**You are the ideal candidate if:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Production Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in this role.
* Intermediate English
