EXTRACTION OPERATOR II

Description

Job Summary: Monitors grinding processes and equipment to ensure product quality and production targets, with emphasis on area maintenance and cleaning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring and supervision of grinding equipment. 2. Performing maintenance and cleaning of area equipment. 3. Operating overhead cranes and front-end loaders. Monitor processes and operation of equipment involved in reception, preparation, and juice extraction, as well as maintain area organization and cleanliness, to ensure product quality and achievement of production targets. \- Inspect all equipment during shift handover, paying attention to anomalies from the previous shift and outstanding issues. \- Monitor and supervise grinding equipment performance, verifying compliance with standards, performing maneuvers, and informing the operator when such maneuvers are required. \- Report various parameters (e.g., oil temperature, oil pressure, bearing temperature, gearboxes, etc.) to the area operator to support analysis and corrective action. \- Verify equipment operation and compare against COI data. \- Perform maintenance and cleaning of area equipment. \- Check hydraulic pressure on mill rolls. \- Define actions to resolve problems identified in the area. \- Dismantle area equipment for maintenance purposes. \- Assist in equipment transportation by operating overhead cranes. \- Occasionally operate front-end loaders for area cleaning. \- Assist in dismantling, maintenance, and reassembly of equipment during off-season periods. \- Comply with operational procedures, occupational safety regulations, and environmental protection requirements. \- Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor. \- Know and implement the company's formalized information security guidelines, as defined in its policies, procedures, and work instructions. \- Driver's License Category D.
