Job Summary: Responsible for scheduling and monitoring agricultural services, farm planning, and team management in high-quality coffee production. Key Highlights: 1. Its high-quality coffee production has achieved outstanding success in numerous national and international competitions. The excellence of Arabica beans produced on Cerrado farms is demonstrated by their strong market acceptance domestically, in the European Community, the United States, and Japan. Currently, they are recognized globally as a benchmark for sustainable specialty coffee production. Responsibilities Schedule agricultural services and determine field resource requirements (machines, equipment, and implements); Monitor field operations; Participate in planning for each unit/farm; Strictly adhere to the annual harvest schedule; Manage the team of professionals within your department; Guide and train the team in daily operational processes; Evaluate team members; Anticipate daily operational issues (e.g., weather changes – Plan B); Prepare schedules and reports for analysis and decision-making; Analyze performance indicators and evaluate departmental results; Collaborate with the Agricultural Supervisor to plan and execute services; Daily resource preparation the day prior to execution: fuel, PPE, equipment; Conduct on-site evaluation of weeding, pruning, and other cultural practices in advance to formalize production payment amounts for professionals; Monitor on-site work and performance of tractors and agricultural machinery. Adjustment of agricultural machinery and implements (spraying and fertilization). Requirements Bachelor’s degree or Technologist degree in Agronomy; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Knowledge of irrigation systems; Understanding of climate and natural factors (pests and diseases); Minimum two years of experience in coffee cultivation; Knowledge of coffee plant cultural practices. WORK SCHEDULE Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Fridays until 4:00 PM); Additional Information Variable salary ranging from R$3.500,00 to R$7.500,00; CLT employment contract; On-site meals; On-site position in Perdizes - MG; Daily personal transportation to Perdizes - MG; On-site accommodation provided.
