




Description: WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Administration, Quality Management, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in quality, industrial processes, or related areas is desirable. * Knowledge of quality tools. * Knowledge of performance indicators. * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis. * Familiarity with ISO 9001 and FSC standards is desirable. WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Monitor quality parameters throughout production via in-line inspections, laboratory analyses, physical measurements, and recording in forms and systems, ensuring products comply with technical specifications and defined standards. * Conduct quality analyses and tests—including physical and functional testing—using laboratory equipment and standardized procedures, as outlined in the Inspection Control Plan, batch release requirements, and specific needs. * Address non-conformities and customer complaints: register, analyze, and track internal and external non-conformities; analyze records of NCs (Non-Conformity Reports), Internal and External RNCs (Root Cause Non-Conformity Reports), Easy Checklists, audit results, and technical visit reports—generating effective and efficient corrective actions to prevent recurrence of deviations and improve process performance whenever a deviation record or complaint is opened. * Support internal, external, and customer audits by standardizing and reviewing processes, preparing documents and evidence, accompanying audits, and updating standards—ensuring compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and contractual requirements according to schedule or process needs. * Plan and deliver quality training—either in-person or online—with focus on standards, procedures, and requirements, ensuring proper understanding, operational activity standardization, and refresher training aligned with process needs, changes, or identified deviations. * Lead quality meetings to align on results, analyze indicators, and monitor action plans—presenting data and technical analyses to support decision-making, cross-functional alignment, and advancement of improvement initiatives, either periodically or as needed. * Conduct technical visits to customers to align requirements, validate deviations, address non-conformities, and follow up on corrective actions—through face-to-face meetings, product performance and indicator analysis—ensuring effectiveness of actions, fulfillment of customer requirements, and strengthening of technical relationships, as required. 2512180202551925552
