




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for registering vehicles, verifying customer credentials, informing customers about parking procedures, managing tickets, and operating the cash register—ensuring excellent reception of users and revenue integrity. Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Challenges** * Immediately register every vehicle entering the parking facility; * Verify whether customers are authorized users, monthly subscribers, or residents, and confirm that customers possess valid identification credentials; * Inform customers about parking procedures and regulations—including grace periods, fees, location, and other relevant information—with consistent focus on excellent user reception; * Monitor for jammed or malfunctioning tickets, and remove tickets when the ticket deposit box is full; * Properly store vehicle keys in key cabinets and ensure vehicle identification via numbered prisms; * Operate cash register equipment in parking garages, issuing entry and exit vouchers for vehicles and safeguarding parking revenue integrity. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Are Looking For:** * Completed High School education; * Valid driver’s license (preferred). **Additional Information** For healthcare units (hospitals or laboratory networks), upon selection approval, proof of the following vaccinations is required: **Hepatitis B, Adult Double Vaccine, Triple Viral Vaccine, Influenza, COVID-19, and Yellow Fever.** **HOW ABOUT WORKING FOR A COMPANY SERVING TOMORROW’S SMART CITIES?** INDIGO is the global leader in parking and individual mobility management.
