Join us! **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsibilities and challenges** * Immediately register every vehicle entering the parking lot; * Verify whether customers are authorized, monthly subscribers, or condominium residents, and check that the customer possesses the proper identification credential; * Inform customers about parking procedures and regulations, including grace periods, fees, location, and other relevant information, always focusing on excellent user reception; * Stay alert for jammed or problematic tickets, and remove the ticket if the Ticket Deposit is full; * Keep vehicle keys properly stored in key racks and ensure vehicle identification through the attachment of numbered prisms; * Operate cash register equipment in parking garages, issuing vehicle entry and exit tickets, and ensuring the integrity of parking revenue. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we're looking for:** * High school diploma (completed); * Valid driver's license (preferred). **Additional information** For healthcare units (hospital or laboratory network), upon approval in the selection process, proof of the following vaccinations will be required: **Hepatitis B, Adult Double, Triple Viral, Influenza, Covid\-19, and Yellow Fever.** **HOW ABOUT WORKING AT A COMPANY THAT SERVES TOMORROW'S SMART CITIES?** INDIGO is a global leader in parking and individual mobility management.
