Focus on cost reduction and performance improvement Operations Procurement Manager – Uberaba/MG Application deadline: 09/25/2025 What will be your responsibilities?* Lead maintenance and facilities procurement categories. * Deliver and drive results for key stakeholders through the development and execution of strategies to optimize Mosaic’s procurement, including supplier consolidation, management of local buyers, support for global negotiations, supplier development and relationship management, and close collaboration with other Procurement teams (Strategic Procurement, Facilities, and Warehousing) to maximize Mosaic’s results. * Ensure smooth coordination among procurement operations, Strategic Procurement, EBS Procurement team, Operations, and Maintenance. * Work closely with Mosaic Fertilizantes units, with part of the team stationed onsite to maximize regional synergies. * Leadership: Lead transactional maintenance and facilities procurement; work closely with operations through local buyers; consolidate demands and support procurement objectives. This role will also improve performance, reduce costs, and increase efficiency of service contracts. Establish management processes. Lead the development and promotion of centralized practices and develop management tools to ensure legal, compliance, and contractual matters are handled efficiently, maximizing value obtained from Mosaic’s suppliers. Provide leadership, creativity, and innovation to drive cost control and share best practices across the company. * Support stakeholders and decision-makers in acquiring, analyzing, and using information for sound business decisions. Discuss process improvement opportunities with the EBS group and support operations in Peru and Paraguay will also be the responsibility of the Maintenance and Facilities Coordinator. Collaborate closely with the Strategic Sourcing team to ensure both groups benefit from available opportunities. * Team Leadership: Guide team members’ work, providing timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees clearly understand their roles, business goals, and performance standards. Manage performance issues when necessary. Develop and mentor employees to retain and grow organizational talent. Support employees’ career development at Mosaic. * Process Control: Conduct and manage procurement services for Operations. Ensure adherence to procurement processes to guarantee integrity and continuous improvement. Responsible for achieving annual savings and working capital targets for the category. Develop, modify, expand, and enhance procedures and processes as needed to meet Mosaic’s requirements. Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing group to expand the use of technology and automation, optimizing procurement and inventory-related activities. * Relationships: Develop, monitor, and review preferred suppliers. Actively manage suppliers and contracts to ensure continuous value creation, service, safety, quality, and improvement. Develop synergies between business units and regionally, when required. * Costs/Spending: Collect, analyze, and monitor category- and supplier-specific spending requirements and information, industry benchmarks, specifications, and references to develop actionable strategies for transactional services. Responsible for executing strategies, capturing and tracking total cost savings, working capital benefits, and achieving team efficiency targets.
