**Date:** Oct. 21, 2025 **Location:** UBERABA, MG, BR **Company:** Grupo Petropolís **ACTIVITIES:** * Execute production scheduling to maximize utilization and capacity of packaging lines, ensuring agreed volumes are met. * Monitor specific parameters for packaging, controlling analysis results, ensuring predefined levels comply with product specifications and quality standards. * Train and develop team members to enhance their capabilities and continuously improve required skills and competencies. * Contribute to continuous improvement of packaging processes under responsibility by developing, reviewing, and monitoring operational standards within the packaging production process. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Industrial Management, Process Management, or People Management; * Knowledge in Automation, Packaging Equipment, Electrical Systems, Mechanical Systems, Indicator Management Systems, ERP Systems, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Availability to work in shifts.
