Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for maintenance, programming, and configuration of automated systems, as well as projects, calibration, and technical documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated systems 2. PLC programming and frequency inverter configuration 3. Development of automation projects and robotic integration * **Maintenance and Repair:** Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on machines and automated systems, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic components. * **Programming and Configuration:** Program Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), configure frequency inverters, soft\-starters, and industrial networks. * **Installation and Assembly:** Assemble control panels, electro-electronic panels, electro-pneumatic panels, and electro\-hydraulic panels. * **Projects and Development:** Develop, draw, and analyze diagrams, electrical schematics, and automation projects, as well as integrate robotic systems. * **Calibration and Testing:** Calibrate sensors and measurement instruments for process control. * **Documentation and Management:** Prepare technical reports, budgets, implementation schedules, and monitor quality indicators (KPIs). * **Safety:** Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and equipment integrity.
