Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the operation of systems and equipment, performing maintenance, managing access rights, and supporting the implementation of IT improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the operation of systems, networks, servers, and equipment. 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment. 3. Manage access rights, permissions, and information security. * Ensure the operation of systems, networks, servers, and equipment. * Monitor technical support tickets, deadlines, and service level agreement (SLA) compliance. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment. * Manage access rights, permissions, and information security. * Support the implementation and improvement of internal systems. * Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assets. * Prepare technical reports and departmental performance indicators. * Support training initiatives and guide users on proper system usage. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and IT best practices.
