What will be your responsibilities?* Provide level 1 customer support (using defined scripts) for internal EBS clients (other departments) and external EBS clients (Mosaic suppliers and customers); * Execute processes based on defined scripts. * Access systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, Ariba, ServiceNow, among others. * Share information and provide support regarding internal processes.
