This position is intended for students seeking to gain practical experience in the technology field. Responsibilities and Duties * Provide Level 1 technical support (on-site and remote); * Install and configure software (Windows and Microsoft Office); * Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and peripherals; * Support hardware and software inventory management; * Perform basic printer and network configurations; * Log support requests in the ticketing system; * Support the IT infrastructure team with general tasks. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently enrolled in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of microcomputers (assembly, maintenance, and peripherals); * Basic knowledge of the Windows operating system; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and willingness to learn. Desirable Requirements * Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, Wi\-Fi, and connectivity testing); * Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365; * Awareness of information security principles; * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools; * Prior experience (even informal) in technical support; * Basic English proficiency.
